• Manning a booth/stand during a fundraising event

• Creating and/or editing video or photography materials

• Searching for and/or communicating with vendors, Sponsors, and Partners

• Searching for and/or communicating with venues

• Searching for and/or communicating with Partners for example musicians, providers of activities for kids and adults, catering companies, etc.

• Coordinating Volunteers

• Managing our online auctions (tracking items, winners, delivering items to the bid winners.)

• Stage management during events.

• Sound technicians.

• Press release (drafting notes, submission to media, follow-ups, etc).
